Online payment by card – You can pay online with your personal or company card, in full security. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have code CVV2/CVC2). No additional fees are charged for transactions. The processing of card data is done exclusively on NETOPIA PAYMENTS servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that NETOPIA PAYMENTS does not store your confidential card data, but transmits it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way your information is safe. Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
a) a ticket purchased for a performance that is about to take place cannot be returned
b) a ticket purchased for a show that has been postponed (in terms of date and/or time) or whose location has been changed or whose artists have changed (withdrawal of an artist from those initially announced) can be returned under the following conditions:
– E-ticket: (tickets paid online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, the e-ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid, within 14 working days AFTER the date of the event.
c) A ticket purchased for an event that has been cancelled can be returned under the following conditions:
– E-ticket: (tickets paid for online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com, the e-ticket amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid, within 14 working days AFTER the date on which the event will take place.
Refunds will only be made according to the initial payment method used:
Card payment – will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days after acceptance of the return.
5. Cancellation of the transaction
After cancelling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount to the customer’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
